Coire Mor is a traditional converted bungalow style five bedroomed home located in the small town of Kingussie, about 15 miles from Aviemore. Able to accommodate eleven adults comfortably, there is scope for increased numbers when travelling with small children. It is has full central heating and double glazing. |

Double bedroom south facing with spectacular views. There is ample storage to unpack even the largest of suit cases.

This twin bedroom has ample storage space, a toy cupboard, television and dvd player. |

Arranged as a baby room, it has one single bed and a travel cot. Again, ample storage space and lots of baby friendly items! |

Bedroom four is upstairs and is designed to be a family room if required. There is one double bed, one single bed, ample storage, a television, and a wash hand basin. |

Bedroom 5 |

Bedroom five is also upstairs and has three single beds. Again there is ample storage, a television and a wash hand basin. |

The master bathroom has a bath and separate step in shower, WC and WHB. |

Kitchen |
|
Amongst the usual appliances, you will find plenty of crockery, utensils, a dishwasher and a microwave. The dining table can comfortably seat X adults, whilst still offering ample preparation space for catering. |

Living room |

This room is open plan with the kitchen / dining area. It has patio doors to the decked area surrounding the front of the property, for spectacular views of the Cairngorms. There is a television, video and DVD player. There is also a fire in this room, for extra cold evenings.

Outside |
|
Building 1 'Ben' contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. This is our utilty room. It has ample storage for sports equipment and can be used to hang wet sports clothing. This is also where you will find our larder (for emergency supplies) and honesty bar. .
Building 2 'Butt' contains a fridge/freezer, sun loungers and bicycles for use during your stay. There is also storage room here for your own sports equipment.
Decking surrounds the front of the property, offering spectacular views across the valley. It is entirely enclosed for safety reasons. It's also very private, so ideal for topping up your tan.
The decked area also has a BBQ, a sun umbrella, outdoor tables and chairs.
